A good sized Old English pattern basting spoon. It is monogrammed 'JMW'. It was made by George Ferris in Exeter in 1821.
Clearly hallmarked. In good overall conditions, there are a couple small dings to the bowl and top of the stem.
It measures 30cm long and weighs 106 grams.
