A nice early spoon by Edward Hulse, made in London around 1690 (the date letter is present but partially rubbed). It is smaller than most spoons of the age, making it a bit scarcer. It has some bowl wear and perhaps an old repair, but a great survivor.
Hallmarked - nice clear maker's mark and Leopard's Head.
It measures 16cm long and weighs 22 grams.
