We have this interesting set just in. It comprises of 12 tablespoons, 12 dessert spoons and 4 cream/sauce ladles. There were made in Dundee by a currently unknown maker, D. One of the tablespoons is monogrammed 'DmcL' and one ladle and four dessert spoons are monogrammed ' '. Given the maker, we think this is an original set, but am not sure why a few of the pieces are monogrammed...perhaps they were split up by the family and then re-gathered.
They in in overall good condition, there is some slight bowl wear to some of the spoons, and one has some manufacturing flaws to the bowl.
Stamped 'D' and three 'Pot of Lillies' (the mark for Dundee).
They weigh a combined 1452 grams.
