What a teapot! This large English sterling silver teapot has a great shape to it and some wonderful bright-cut decoration. It was made in London in 1796, maker's mark is J.R, probably for John Robins. It is in good overall condition, a few little dings here and there, and some small damage to the wooden handle.
Clearly hallmarked.
It measures 31cm long (handle to spout) and 19cm high and weighs 532 grams.
