Early Australian colonial silver is always hard to find. Even teaspoons do not turn up often. And here we have a PAIR of salt spoons. They were made by early Australia silversmith Felix Lynn. Lynn was working in George Street, Sydney in the 1830s.
The spoons are in good overall condition. There is some pitting to the gilded bowl (see picture). They are monogrammed 'HJ'.
They measure 10 cm long and weigh approx 27 grams.
